Experience Golf Limited

Welcome to Experience Golf ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website.

Booking and Payment

  1. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
  2. Final Payment: The balance of your tour cost must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the tour. If the balance is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
  3. Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, Visa, and Amex.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply:
    • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit.
    • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
    • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total tour cost.
  2. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour, we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour of equivalent value.

Changes to Itinerary

  1. By Us: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or operational requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
  2. By You: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please notify us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Additional costs may apply.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of luggage and personal effects.

Health and Safety

  1. Fitness to Travel: You must be in good health and have the physical ability to participate in the tour. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.
  2. Safety Standards: We adhere to New Zealand's health and safety standards and regulations. However, we are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the tour.

Liability

  1. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the tour booked. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our services.
  2. Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance of third-party service providers, such as accommodation and transport providers. Any issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with the provider.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
